One of the most unique and unifying concerts seen in St. Louis, World Percussion Theatre represents 5 continents of percussive culture. The program features: St. Louis Osuwa Taikos - Japanese Drumming; St. Louis Caledonian Scottish Pipes and Drums; Spirit of Angela/Kambeng - West African Drumming; the Thunderheart Singers - Traditional Native American Northern Drum and Vocal Ensemble; Brazilian Drum & Dance; National Award Winning Drum Set Soloist, Terry Artis and starring the Show-Me Sound Middle School F.O.C.U.S. DRUMLINE in a celebration of diversity through percussion. WPT is presented and produced by Show-Me Sound Organization and made possible with the support of: Missouri Arts Council, Regional Arts Commission, Art & Education Council, Fox Associates Foundation and Limelight Newspaper.
